BILLING INFORMATION
BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 2023, WE WILL NO LONGER BE MAILING A LATE BILLING NOTICE
- ALL BILLS ARE DUE BY THE 10TH OF THE MONTH
- IF NOT PAID BY THE 10TH A 10% PENALTY WILL BE APPLIED TO THE BALANCE.
- IF UNPAID BY THE 20TH OF THE MONTH A $10.00 LATE FEE AND A $50.00 DEFAULT PAYMENT FEE WILL BE ADDED TO THE BALANCE AND THE ACCOUNT WILL BE ISSUED FOR DISCONNECTION.

How to check for a leak
Make sure no water is being used inside or outside of your house.
- Locate your water meter and check the leak indicator to see if it is moving. Depending on the brand of your meter, the leak indicator could be a small triangular shaped dial or a small silver wheel that rotates when water is flowing through the meter. If the dial is moving, chances are, you have a leak.
- If checking toilet leaks , this method may not determine a leak since toilet will run sporadically without warning.
